Don’t develop thick skin; we need you to feel.

– Have I been vulnerable?
– Have I been generous?
– Am I proud of this?

Do you know how powerful I feel because I know I can handle failure? Oh my God, I’m unstoppable.
I really identified with this, especially with development. I’ve failed so much, and I keep going. It’s great!
