The Devil in the White City
Wow, this was quite the experience! Larson does a great and meticulous job going back and forth between the architect and the serial killer… Really a very good book, finished listening to it in less than 3 days!

Empire’s End: Aftermath: Star Wars
This was a good end to this series. The characters are really good, and the story and idea of “cleanup” on the fallen empire and the roots of the First Order is great to read about.

Tarkin: Star Wars
Really great book on Tarkin’s rise to Grand Moff, his background, and training. Fills in a lot of gaps from the Clone Wars and A New Hope.

There’s a lot of great imagery and discussion in this book I found really helpful as someone who grew up in a more conservative evangelical region. Healing points.
