This book was incredibly helpful for learning how to sketch and has really influenced my sketching.

This was an ok book on sketching. It wasn’t as helpful as other sketching and watercolor books I’ve read.

Definitely work going through for urban sketching.

This book was great the pointers on drawing features, faces, ears, eyes, etc., to drawing in the wild, how to be careful and conscious when drawing “in the wild”.

This book was good for pointing out technique, but not that great in developing it.

I’m just learning sketching and watercolor and this book has been extremely helpful with color theory and practice. There are QR codes throughout to videos of the lessons and theory. Really great!
